I also reverted the headset earphone and headset microphone (under the expanded g535 in device manager sort by container) to Logitech provided audio drivers. I used "browse my computer for drivers" and found one that was digitally signed by Logitech so I am guessing that is the one. In program files\LGHUB I see folders for data, locales, platforms, and resources and there was not depots folder and no folder had a driver_audio file. I also did the headset Earphone and headset Microphone after resetting to see if it would change, it did not. I reverted the G535 to Microsoft and restarted and the issue persists.The option is greyed out but the one selected says "2 channel, 24 bit, 48000 Hz (Studio Quality)".In properties I see general, levels, advanced, and spatial sound. I could not find the audio enhancement tab.G HUB should then download the driver for your device. It should re-enumerate and be detected in G HUB. Unplug the device and plug it back into a different USB port. Check Delete the driver software for this device and then click Uninstall. Right-click and select Uninstall device. If the issue persists, let’s uninstall the device and drivers: Click Next to update to the latest audio driver. Navigate to: C:\ProgramData\LGHUB\depots\2xxxx\driver_audio\ (you are looking for a folder containing the driver audio folder). Click the Browse button to the right of Search for drivers Click Update Driver > Browse my computer for driver software. On the G535 in Device Manager, right-click on Properties and then click the Driver tab. Update to latest Logitech audio drivers:. ![]() This should update back to Microsoft's standard drivers. If the driver is Logitech, click Update Driver and then Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list. The Driver Provider should be Logitech - if it’s Microsoft you don't need to change the driver.
